Our story and vision

Toolpack Solutions was founded in 2002 by the consultants Chris Schellerup Andersen and Allan Bjørngaard. After having experienced long, arduous and opaque BI processes in multiple companies, the colleagues decided to create a solution that would streamline the process for all parties involved, through one solution that addressed all the Business Intelligence needs of any financial department. 


As an initial step, Chris and Allan identified the needs and problems present through inputs from various financial departments. Then, the partners set three goals for the solution: User-friendliness above all with standard templates included, compatibility with already existing ERP systems and a set price for all.


Then, Chris and Allan built Toolpack 365 from scratch, considering all the goals and inputs. Tailored for the reality experienced by financial departments, while also being easy and financially transparent to implement. 


Accordingly, Toolpack 365 means you gaining control of your Business Intelligence, in systems tailored for you, at a transparent price. 
We are still in development and we are still listening. Thus far we have adjusted and built further on the experiences of more than 3000 companies. 


In brief, Toolpack 365 are built by people in finance, to the people in finance. That is our vision and DNA.

What is Toolpack 365?

Toolpack 365 is an automation FP&A solution for the financial department and management.

 

The tool combines a centralized and structured database with the best analysis and presentation tools. At the same time, the solution is fully integrated with your ERP system - from your Excel sheet to your Power BI.

 

This means you can quickly and easily post your data in budgets, forecasts, reports and Business Intelligence. It is done in intuitive formats and without unnecessary time spent in the finance department and the rest of the organization.

Where are we now?

Since 2002 we have been in rapid development. We have become technology partners with Microsoft, expanded to Iceland, Greenland and Sweden and the Danish newspaper Børsen has awarded us the title of “Gazelle”, given to the fastest growing companies in Denmark.


Daily we operate from our office in Copenhagen. Our employees mostly come from backgrounds of finance, but we also employ rhetoricians as well as software developers. Characteristic for all of us though is our dedication to finding innovative solutions to challenges of the future.
